LIGHTS - LIVE INTENSIVE GROUP HEALING &  TRANSFORMATION SESSION

In this group healing format, I work in the field of our collective group consciousness, using energetic fields to help you clear the energies that are keeping you out of coherence with the truest, highest best possibility of yourself and your timeline, and integrate the energies that align you to your highest best possible version of yourself.

 The sessions are brief and potent: I start with a few words of explanation, but this is not a class - I'll only say what I'm prompted to say may say as I follow higher guidance as to the specific energies needing to be released or incorporated.

These sessions bring actual live, energetic changes to the group field, which is created by the specific individuals registered and/or in attendance.  The changes made to the unified group field will automatically be present and activated within each individual in the group, with each person energetically "metabolizing" and applying the shifts to meet his or her own individual needs and situation.

Before your LIGHTS session happens, please identify to yourself the main thing or two you'd like to see changed or healed in your life or body.  Keep it light and simple - do not over think or stress about this step:

Simply set the intention that you will get exactly the changes that most help you!  The Field is self-intelligent and will address your needs whether you can see them or not, and it naturally works in a hierarchical order, ie., it will address the changes you need from most important to least.
